USCCA Critical Response Team

We are pleased to announce that Damon Rogers and Andy Beltran were selected for the USCCA’s Critical Response Team.

The United States Concealed Carry Association is a membership organization that provides resources for CCW permit holders and firearm owners. USCCA has partnered with Delta Defense, an insurance company providing coverage to firearm owners and CCW holders. Through this partnership, Delta provides insurance to USCCA members for certain firearm-related incidents.

Damon and Andy are experienced criminal and civil attorneys who have been selected to the Southern California Critical Response Team. Based on their unique backgrounds, they each play a pivotal role in defending USCCA members. Damon is a CCW holder and lifelong martial artist with a deep understanding of both physical and legal self-defense concepts. Andy is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, served in combat during Operation Iraqi Freedom, is a CCW holder, and a firearms expert. Both Damon and Andy are also USCCA members.

Attorneys from the CRT offer 24/7 support for firearm incidents.  Our team will defend USCCA members should they be faced with a shooting, brandishing, or other firearm-related incident. CRT members provide a valuable and immediate representation of USCCA members facing possible criminal or civil exposure. Damon and Andy are ready to protect the legal interests of USCCA members and CCW holders anywhere in Southern California.
