Julio is the Office Manager at Rogers | Beltran LLP, where he plays a vital role in keeping the firm organized and efficient. With a focus on scheduling, document preparation, case management, and research, Julio ensures that the firm’s day-to-day operations run smoothly. His attention to detail and proactive approach make him an invaluable member of the team.

A key asset to the firm, Julio also brings his Spanish-speaking and interpreting skills to the table, helping to bridge communication gaps with Spanish-speaking clients. He is responsible for the intake of new clients and plays an active role in ensuring their smooth transition into the firm’s services. His willingness to take on new challenges and his drive to continuously learn are qualities that help the firm move forward and excel.

Outside of the office, Julio enjoys playing a round of golf, attending sporting events and concerts, and hitting the slopes for some snowboarding (weather permitting, of course). He takes full advantage of the sunny California weather while balancing work and play.
