Personal Experience

Andy Beltran was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. As a Marine veteran, Mr. Beltran understands the importance of strategizing to obtain the best outcome for victims and their families. Mr. Beltran represents individuals with the same strong professionalism and fervor that he developed during his time as a Marine. Never shying away from complex situations, he has chosen to represent individuals and their families in cases involving catastrophic injuries and death sustained as a result of vehicle accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, and products liability. Mr. Beltran remains a firm believer in some form of reparations for those he represents and he achieves this through his career as an Attorney for victims and their families.

Having participated in hundreds of missions in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, he understands the importance of strong decision making and how important it is to be one step ahead of the opposition. Mr. Beltran has successfully integrated many of these skills and lessons into his career as a Trial Attorney.

  • $ 1.25 Million – M.M. v. Building Owner – Eye Injury after exit sign falls and hits plaintiff in the eye
  • $ 550,000 – Jane Doe v. Dr. Roe – Wrongful Death lawsuit against “pill mill” doctor
